The app is decent overall, but I still hit stability problems — some notifications never appear and getting help from support is a hassle. My biggest issue is that my account has been under review for over a year, so I cannot claim promotions the platform suggests. Every attempt ends with a message saying I am not eligible. Relatives of mine faced the same thing, and support only asks us to wait.

Very disappointing mobile experience. Even with facial verification and phone biometrics turned on, the app blocks me at login and keeps demanding fresh authentication. It also pops up warnings that my password was changed, even though the browser version works perfectly fine. A mobile app should simplify things — this one makes them harder. I uninstalled it.

Cash out no longer works for me. I placed two sports bets and lost both in the final seconds while cash out stayed unavailable the whole time. On one wager the tackle count jumped from 29 to 30 right at the end and I lost — I am not even sure those stats were counted correctly. It feels like they are stalling on purpose.
